Brian has been with Carte d’Or for 1 ½ years. He began his culinary career at the White Dog Café in Philadelphia, PA, learning the value of local and organic foods from his aunt, the owner of the café. He was the Executive Chef of Planet X Café in Rehoboth Beach, DE and has prepared delicious meals for clients in Denver as a personal chef.
Brian shows his passion for food and creativity in the dishes he prepares for Carte d’Or. He is always creating new recipes and would be happy to prepare a custom menu for your event. He is proud to be serving our clients organic produce and natural meats.
Alexis Clendenin, Sales & Event Coordinator
Alexis is the most recent addition to the Carte d’Or team. She brings with her a wide background of sales and culinary experience. Alexis is a graduate Cook Street School of Fine Cooking in Denver, CO, which included culinary studies in Italy and France. She appreciates fine food and artful presentation – which she expresses with each event. With an eye for detail, she will work to make every aspect of your event perfect.
